Meet their industry thought leaders
PureFacts welcomes Susan Silma as Practice Leader, Client & Industry Strategy. With a key role in the consulting initiative, she will focus on strategic consulting, regulatory compliance, investor research, and advisor training. A lawyer and former regulator with the Ontario Securities Commission, as well as co-founder of consulting firm CRM2 Navigator, Susan is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver meaningful transparency and augment trust in the advisor/client relationship.
Wealth management technology expert Ian Gibson, formerly with Odlum Brown Limited, has a dual role at PureFacts as Director of Product and District Manager, Western Region. Ian drives innovation in the PureFacts product suite and stewards the thoughtful application of intelligent data-driven technologies to PureFacts' solutions. He is also opening a new PureFacts office in Vancouver to better serve their client base in Western Canada.
Matthew Schulz, a software expert skilled at building scalable technology firms, has joined PureFacts as Chief Technology Officer. His focus is to enhance development and technical operations for the firm's suite of seven modular software solutions, including the ability to deploy software faster and configure it for seamless upgrades and feature enhancements.
Leslee Vivian, also formerly with CRM2 Navigator, has joined PureFacts as Director of Communications to bolster the firm's marketing capabilities and develop consulting solutions, including investor research and training programs for financial advisors.
