Packers Plus kicks off the Calgary Stampede by Supporting the Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre
Packers Plus to present donation during the PBR Bullbustin' event
CALGARY, June 30, 2015 /CNW/ - Packers Plus Energy Services Inc. is proud to be the title sponsor of Bullbustin', a Cody Snyder Professional Bull Riding (PBR) event hosted at The Ranchman's Cookhouse and Dancehall on Thursday, July 2, 2015. A $15,000 donation will be presented to the Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre during the event.

Packers Plus selected the Sheldon Kennedy Advocacy Centre as the designated charity for the 2015 Packers Plus PBR Bullbustin' event, recognizing their innovative approach to supporting children, youth and families impacted by child physical and sexual abuse. The Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre brings together more than 95 professionals from six partner organizations to collaborate on investigation, treatment, prevention, education and research to help people through an exceptionally difficult time — providing integrated services at one place so healing can begin and lives can move forward. It leads the way to offer hope, help and healing to children, youth and families impacted by abuse in communities across Southern Alberta.
