Ontarians share 7 MAXMILLIONS prizes - Estimated $50 M jackpot still up for
grabs
TORONTO, July 31 /CNW/ - Ontario will share in 7 of 13 winning MAXMILLIONS prizes, plus thousands more secondary prizes after last night's LOTTO MAX draw.
The winning Ontario MAXMILLIONS tickets were sold across the province, in areas including Ottawa, Woodstock, Mississauga, Toronto and in fact, there are two $1 million winning tickets in the North Bay region. Please check your tickets at www.OLG.ca, at an OLG self-ticket checker in stores, or with your nearest retailer to see if you are a lucky winner.
"LOTTO MAX does it again. There are more millionaires in Ontario. Life changing jackpots and those MAXMILLIONS prizes are what make LOTTO MAX so exciting for our players," said Wendy Montgomery, OLG's Vice-President, Lottery Marketing.
MAXMILLIONS are additional $1 million draws added to the game when the LOTTO MAX jackpot reaches $50 million. MAXMILLIONS prizes are drawn separately from the LOTTO MAX jackpot draw, which means that a LOTTO MAX ticket not only gives players a chance at the jackpot but also the chance to win any of the $1 million MAXMILLIONS draws on the same date.
Based on sales across the country, 28 MAXMILLIONS prizes were drawn last night, instead of the estimated 29 prizes. The unwon MAXMILLIONS prizes will be rolled into next week's LOTTO MAX draw which means the jackpot will be an estimated $50 million with an estimated 32 MAXMILLIONS.
