Ackroo expands its footprint and feature set with the addition of a major independent gas station chain

(TSXV: AKR), a loyalty and rewards technology and services provider, announced today that Mr. Gas has selected Ackroo to provide their gift card, loyalty and rewards solution for their 25 gas stations across the greater Ottawa area. This 3 year agreement will include full integration of Ackroo's gift card and loyalty offering with the market leading InfoNet Gas Station Management System. As part of this comprehensive solution, Ackroo will provide an in store gift card, a departmental based loyalty solution and the initial deployment of Ackroo's 3rd party gift card mall across all Mr. Gas locations.
Founded in 1972, Mr. Gas is a major Ottawa based, privately owned fuel retailing chain and have established themselves as a market leader in the area with some stores averaging approximately 1,000 customers per day with a collective chain-wide total transaction volume of 3.5 million transactions per year.
