BOISBRIAND, QC, Sept. 24, 2026 /CNW/ -- MONTONI and Claridge Inc. are partnering up to build industrial condos in Boisbriand, an investment of nearly $30 million that will enable local SMEs to own their business premises. Strategically located on Grande Allée, close to highways 15 and 640, the project will comprise 20 units totalling over 100,000 square feet. Completion is scheduled for spring 2027.
These industrial condos for sale are the third project of this kind to be launched by MONTONI, following the success of the Mascouche development–nearly 90 per cent of which is now sold–and the launch of a second project in Châteauguay this past June.

The North Shore represents one of the most dynamic industrial markets in Greater Montréal today. There is already strong interest in the project, with one unit sold and several potential buyers currently in discussions. The units, designed to the high-quality standards for which MONTONI's industrial properties are known, offer great flexibility in terms of layout and are suitable for distribution, specialist services, warehousing and office use. The Boisbriand project will also incorporate the criteria of the Distinction by MONTONI program, which strives to create high-performance, sustainable buildings that deliver occupant well-being through improved energy efficiency, reduced fresh water consumption and amenities that promote sustainable transportation options.
