Menkes' Class AAA office tower 25 York Street was honoured with The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award. The prestigious award recognizes commercial real estate companies that demonstrate the highest quality in building standards, community impact, tenant relations, energy conservation, environmental, regulatory and sustainability standards, and for the training of building personnel. As an award-winning 786,000 square-foot building, 25 York Street also earned the highest BOMA BEST certification score and was awarded the Earth Award. The building has also achieved Canada's first-ever Fitwel certification for an office building. This accolade signifies the building's status in downtown Toronto's and further positions it as a leader in sustainable best practices.
