MONTREAL, Sept. 8, 2026 /CNW/ -- TVA's Communications team invites media representatives to cover the Face-à-Face 2026, taking place on Tuesday, September 15, and to attend the leaders' press conferences following the debate.
Hosted by Paul Larocque, the Face-à-Face debate featuring Christine Fréchette (Coalition Avenir Québec), Charles Milliard (Quebec Liberal Party), Ruba Ghazal (Québec solidaire), Paul St-Pierre Plamondon (Parti Québécois), and Éric Duhaime (Conservative Party of Quebec) will take place from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and will be broadcast simultaneously on TVA, LCN, illico+ and QUB Radio. The leaders' press conferences will follow beginning at 10:15 p.m.
Accreditation Requests
Journalists wishing to access the media room must complete the accreditation form at the following link no later than Friday, September 11, at 4:00 p.m.: Face-à-Face TVA 2026 - Media Accreditation Form – Remplir le formulaire
Please note that no accreditation requests will be accepted after this deadline and that media space is limited.
Only journalists who have received a confirmation email granting them access to the media room will be accredited. A valid photo ID will be required upon arrival at TVA to collect accreditation credentials.
Cameras and Photographers
Important: No cameras or photographers will be permitted in the media room or anywhere within TVA's facilities. Coverage of the Face-à-Face debate and the press conferences of the five leaders will be provided by TVA.

Media outlets wishing to conduct live stand-ups may do so outside TVA's facilities in the designated area. Please note that no journalists will be permitted on the Face-à-Face 2026 set.
Media Room
Accredited media representatives will be welcomed beginning at 6:00 p.m., while the media room will open at 6:30 p.m. The five leaders' press conferences will begin at 10:15 p.m. in the media room and will be moderated by TVA's Communications team.
Parking
No parking spaces will be provided to accredited journalists. The use of public transit or parking on nearby streets is recommended. For broadcast trucks, please notify the Communications team at [email protected] so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Use of Content
Any use of audio or visual excerpts from the Face-à-Face 2026 is subject to the following rules:
- For television, websites, or social media: a maximum of three (3) minutes may be used, with the credit "Images: TVA" displayed throughout the excerpt.
- For audio excerpts, the presenter (anchor or reporter) must specify that the excerpt is from TVA's Face-à-Face 2026.
- No clip from the Face-à-Face 2026 may be broadcast before the end of the live transmission on TVA, LCN, illico+, and QUB Radio.
*These rules do not apply to pool footage from the five leaders' press conferences.
