In July 2025, the B.C. Labour Relations Board (LRB) sided with Unifor in a protracted legal dispute with Amazon and awarded union certification to workers at the Amazon facility in Delta, B.C. Amazon failed to overturn the LRB's ruling and the company suffered a scathing indictment (.pdf) from the Board about its conduct during the unionization drive at YVR2.
