DELTA, BC, Sept. 16, 2025 /CNW/ - Unifor leaders will be available for comment before the union members meeting held on Amazon property, the first in British Columbia history.

In July 2025, the B.C. Labour Relations Board (LRB) sided with Unifor in a protracted legal dispute with Amazon and awarded union certification to workers at the Amazon facility in Delta, B.C. Amazon failed to overturn the LRB's ruling and the company suffered a scathing indictment (.pdf) from the Board about its conduct during the unionization drive at YVR2.
