OSHAWA, ON, Sept. 4, 2026 /CNW/ -- The Society of United Professionals is inviting members of the media to attend the official opening of its new Oshawa office on Wednesday, September 9.
The New office will strengthen the Society's presence in Durham Region and provide a dedicated local space for members to connect with their union, access support, and participate in union activities.
Society President Rebecca Caron will be joined by local Society leadership and representatives from Ontario's labour movement to officially celebrate the opening. Representatives from the City of Oshawa have also been invited to bring greetings.
The event will include remarks from Society and labour leaders, an official ribbon cutting, and an opportunity to tour the new office.
