More Than 1,000 Housing Units Steps from the REM Fairview–Pointe-Claire Station

KIRKLAND, QC, Nov. 25, 2025 /CNW/ - Prével and TGTA invite members of the media to the official launch of the residential phase of Village Lacey Green, a signature project developed in collaboration with the Town and citizens of Kirkland.

The event will mark the start of construction of the first nine-storey building featuring 252 rental units, located just steps from the future REM Fairview–Pointe-Claire station.

This milestone represents a major step forward for this intergenerational, inclusive neighbourhood centred on sustainable mobility and shaped through close collaboration between the citizens' advisory committee, the municipal administration, and the developer.
