WINNIPEG, MB, March 2, 2026 /CNW/ - The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions will join the Honourable Wab Kinew, Premier of Manitoba, the Honourable Rebecca Chartrand, Minister of Northern and Arctic Affairs and Minister responsible for the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency, Ginette Lavack, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Indigenous Services and Member of Parliament for St. Boniface–St. Vital, and Ben Carr, Member of Parliament for Winnipeg South Centre, at a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the official opening of the All-Canadian Build facility at New Flyer.
