MONTRÉAL, July 2, 2026 /CNW/ - Members of the media are invited to attend a press conference marking the groundbreaking ceremony for PHI Contemporary, officially launching construction of the project. PHI Contemporary represents an important milestone in the vision of Phoebe Greenberg, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of PHI, whose commitment over the past two decades has helped shape Montréal's cultural landscape. The project marks the culmination of that journey while laying the foundation for a new chapter in the eastern sector of Old Montréal.
The following guests will be in attendance: Mathieu Lacombe, Québec's Minister of Culture and Communications; a representative of the Government of Canada; Andréanne Moreau, Responsible for culture, heritage, design, and the French language for the City of Montréal; Phoebe Greenberg, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of PHI; and Eric Albert, President and Chief Executive Officer of PHI.
