OTTAWA, ON, Sept. 12, 2025 /CNW/ - Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, will receive the credentials of four new heads of mission during a ceremony at Rideau Hall.
The following heads of mission will present their credentials to the Governor General to officially begin their diplomatic missions:
His Excellency German Serrano Garcia
Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Costa Rica
His Excellency Muhsin Syihab
Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Indonesia
His Excellency Djibril Niang
Ambassador-designate of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania
His Excellency Jose Victor Chan-Gonzaga
Ambassador-designate of the Republic of the Philippines
