Tyler Bozak, Daniel Winnik and Wendel Clark of the Toronto Maple Leafs will visit the Yonge Street Mission's Evergreen Centre for Street-Involved Youth on Tuesday afternoon to prepare and serve a Thanksgiving meal to homeless youth. |

Since 1896, Yonge Street Mission has been reaching out to meet the needs of people living with poverty in Toronto. Their diverse programs have made a positive difference in the lives of families, seniors, socially isolated adults, street-involved youth and children growing up in low-income communities. |

The Evergreen Centre has improved both individual lives and communities. Evergreen provides hot meals, employment services, full spectrum health services, personal counselling and workshops on employment, housing and education. |
