Media Advisory - New Study: Parental Attitudes towards Youth Gambling

TORONTO, Dec. 4 /CNW/ - "Parents as Partners" is the first study to explore the level of parental awareness of youth gambling. Canada's provincial lottery jurisdictions are raising awareness of youth gambling, and reminding parents that lottery tickets are not for minors and should not be purchased as gifts for youth this holiday season.

    WHAT:  Members of the media are invited to participate in a nation-wide
           teleconference with the researchers and lottery representatives to
           discuss the "Parents as Partners" research study.
