TORONTO, Nov. 3, 2014 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of The Conference Board of Canada will present Michael H. McCain with this year's Honorary Associate award on Monday, November 3, 2014, at The Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.

The Honorary Associate award is The Conference Board of Canada's highest honour and is bestowed annually to an individual who has served both their organization and their country with distinction.

Michael McCain is President and Chief Executive Officer of Maple Leaf Foods, one of Canada's flagship food companies with a family of top consumer brands, including Maple Leaf and Schneiders.
