CALGARY, June 5, 2017 /CNW/ - Enbridge Pipelines has applied to the National Energy Board (NEB) to replace part of its Line 21 Pipeline, also known as the Norman Wells Pipeline. The company plans to drill under the Mackenzie River using a technique called Horizontal Directional Drilling.
NEB staff will be holding an information session in Fort Simpson, NT to talk about how the NEB will review this application. There will be a brief presentation followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
