The Calgary And Toronto Offices Of Macleod Dixon LLP Are Pleased To Announce This Year's New Partners

CALGARY, April 26 /CNW/ - Macleod Dixon LLP is pleased to announce that five members of the firm have accepted the invitation to become partner. We welcome new partners Aaron Bowler, Ray Chartier and Jung Lee in the Calgary office; and Michael Sabusco and Vera Vynohard in the Toronto office.

Aaron Bowler practices commercial real estate law with an emphasis on real estate debt financing, complex commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing of office towers and shopping centres; and provides advice to numerous real estate investment trusts and publicly traded companies. Ray Chartier's practice includes commercial litigation, dispute resolution, regulatory and aboriginal law; with a particular emphasis on complex commercial matters within the energy industry. Jung Lee practices litigation and dispute resolution with a focus on corporate commercial matters, professional liability and aboriginal law including claims involving duty to consult in the context of resource development.

Michael Sabusco practices securities law. He advises international and domestic issuers as well as investment bankers/dealers in connection with public and private offerings/financings; corporate restructuring transactions, including take-overs and reverse take-overs; and various securities regulatory compliance matters. Vera Vynohard's practice includes corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters with an emphasis on banking, secured debt transactions and project finance; she is also a registered Canadian trade-mark agent.
