These investment funds have granted to the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 common shares. Lionsgate will not sell any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering. The offering is expected to close on or about April 13, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
