("JovFinancial"), the manager and trustee of the Jov HAHN Conservative ETF Portfolio, Jov HAHN Income & Growth ETF Portfolio and Jov HAHN Growth ETF Portfolio (the "Funds") announces that it has elected not to renew the simplified prospectus of the Funds. As of June 9, 2015, the Series A, Series F, Series O and Series T units of the Funds are no longer available for purchase, though they may still be held or redeemed by current Unitholders. Series I units of the Funds remain available for purchase, subject to investors meeting the necessary eligibility requirements.
