Jazz Aviation and the Air Line Pilots Association reach historic 11-year collective agreement Français
Minister Leitch congratulates both parties
OTTAWA, Feb. 1, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Today, the Honourable Dr. K. Kellie Leitch, Minister of Labour and Minister of Status of Women, congratulated Jazz Aviation and the Air Line Pilots Association on the renewal of their collective agreement for an 11-year period. The two parties reached agreement through direct negotiations.

- Jazz Aviation is a contract carrier for Air Canada under the Capacity Purchase Agreement. Jazz Aviation serves 73 destinations across Canada and the U.S. and operates approximately 800 daily flights.
- The current collective agreement covers approximately 1,500 pilots employed at Jazz Airlines.
- The new collective agreement will run until December 31, 2025.
