OTTAWA, ON, Oct. 31, 2025 /CNW/ - A Terrifying Tea Party, where spooky meets sophisticated, is taking place on the grounds of Rideau Hall. This tableau forms the backdrop for our traditional Halloween activities. Media are invited to join in the fun at Rideau HALLoween on October 31.
During this eerie-yet-elegant Halloween evening, Their Excellencies the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada and Mr. Whit Fraser will join Rideau Hall staff to distribute goodies to trick-or-treaters of all ages.
There will be a photo opportunity with the Governor General between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.
