CALGARY, Dec. 20, 2017 /CNW/ - FYidoctors is proud to announce the promotion of Darcy Verhun from Chief Operating Officer to President.
Mr. Verhun's strong background in finance, integration, and M&A, has been instrumental in transforming businesses throughout his professional career. Over the last four years in his role of Chief Operating Officer at FYidoctors, he has shepherded the development of a new state-of-the-art lab, enhanced the company's corporate culture, and helped the organization grow financially and geographically, year over year.
Mr. Verhun's promotion to President will allow Dr. Alan Ulsifer to focus on FYidoctors' aggressive growth strategy in his role as Chair and CEO.

Mr. Verhun obtained an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business after 10 years as a tax and audit professional. Since then he has had a progressive career as a business advisor and coach at the Executive and Board levels, including senior leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and Cap Gemini.
He has been recognized as a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants and was a founding Director of The Calgary Homeless Foundation. Verhun volunteers today as a Director of HomeSpace Society, which increases housing for vulnerable Calgarians.
