Quotes:
"Because of its strategic location for both drivers and public transit users, Espace Orsainville is a great opportunity for young professionals who prefer new construction. This project is also a great fit for those wishing to trade in home ownership for a modern, safe and carefree living environment. Espace Orsainville is being built in a neighbourhood that is undergoing a transformation. The building stands out for its exceptional quality-price ratio and superior construction compared to what is currently found on this stretch of Henri-Bourassa Boulevard. There are no high-quality rental properties in this area, and we are looking forward to developing this market."
Gilles Pelletier, President and Project Manager, ImDevco
"With Espace Orsainville, we're partners in 7 new or existing residential buildings in Québec City, totalling close to 700 units. There are still great opportunities to be had in the residential rental market, especially for new, quality units. Espace Orsainville is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all types of services. This project is evaluated at over $5.6 million and will create about 50 jobs."
