Egg Farmers of Canada support youth and leadership in Canada Français

OTTAWA, Feb. 23, 2015 /CNW/ - Egg Farmers of Canada is proud to be this year's Visionary Sponsor of the Forum for Young Canadians.
For a fourth year, Egg Farmers of Canada is lending support to the Forum for Young Canadians, an organization that brings hundreds of talented, ambitious young students from across the country to Ottawa. During their stay in the Nation's Capital, students have the opportunity to learn about the Parliamentary process, meet with political leaders and forge new relationships with other young motivated Canadians.
"Egg Farmers of Canada supports young Canadians who are taking interest in our institutions and who want to be a voice for their generation," said Tim Lambert, Chief Executive Officer of EFC. "Forum is a great opportunity for students to learn about what shapes Canadian policies and we are proud to be sponsoring the event this year again."
Egg Farmers of Canada will have the opportunity to discuss agriculture and food production in Canada with the students. Three young egg farmers will also be the keynote speakers at dinners to which Members of Parliament are invited in order to spend time with young leaders from the very communities those Members represent.
