The collaboration serves up Matheson's irresistible recipes and reminds Canadians that with eggs, you have infinite meal possibilities. His approachable style brings inspiration and kitchen confidence together, encouraging Canadians to make simple, enjoyable meals with eggs at home.

As part of the collaboration, Matheson has created two eggs-tremely craveable recipes:
- Matty's Easy Weeknight Egg Bake: Delivering maximum flavour, this is an easy one-pan meal, with eggs baked in a rich tomato sauce alongside juicy sausage, golden potatoes and roasted peppers.
- Matty's Chopped BLT Egg Salad Sandwich: This unique twist on a classic features jammy eggs, crunchy cabbage, crispy bacon, pickles, sharp cheddar and more, packing bold flavour and satisfying texture into every bite.
Each egg-focused recipe will be featured on Matheson's Cookin' Somethin' YouTube channel and shared broadly on his Instagram and TikTok. In each episode, he'll put practical kitchen skills into action to create must-try egg dishes for Canadians to try at home.
