Driving change for mental health: Hydro Ottawa surpasses half-million-dollar pledge for Urgent Care Clinic at The Royal

OTTAWA, ON, Sept. 25, 2026 /CNW/ -- Hydro Ottawa Group has officially surpassed its half-million-dollar pledge to The Royal, reaching a total of $548,000 in support of the newly opened Minto Greenberg Urgent Care Clinic. This major milestone was achieved last Friday, when the company's Charity Golf Classic raised more than $180,000 with the support of more than 200 industry partners.

Driven by a philosophy to "give where they live," Hydro Ottawa rallies the community at their annual event to invest in life-saving care across the city. This year marked the final year of partnership with The Royal, empowering the new Minto Greenberg Urgent Care Clinic to deliver immediate, compassionate crisis intervention -- guaranteeing faster, dignified care for patients and families while taking vital pressure off overcrowded emergency rooms.
