New brand offers full suite of kitchen appliances
featuring luxury matte finishes and industry-first customizable hardware
TORONTO, March 25, 2019 /CNW/ - Café - a beautifully modern, design-forward collection of kitchen appliances - officially launched in Canada today. Equal parts performance and personality, Café is the first line of premium appliances that can be personalized, with customizable hardware in unique brushed bronze, brushed stainless, brushed copper and brushed black hardware options.
Café Appliances is part of the GE Appliances Canada family, which has made a bold and strategic move away from a largely single GE brand focus to a unique house of brands.

To celebrate the launch of the new brand, Emmy-Award winning TV personality, food expert and restaurateur Antoni Porowski is in Toronto tonight for an exclusive launch event.

Disrupting the appliance industry's 'sea of stainless', Café Appliances are available at launch in Elevated Matte White and Modern Matte Black.
- Matte White offers a timeless, clean look. Its smooth, relaxed texture adds warmth and light to any kitchen. On Matte White appliances, brushed bronze hardware is standard, but you can easily swap handles and knobs for brushed stainless, brushed copper or brushed black.
- Matte Black creates a crisp, bold statement, a perfect complement to the natural deep tones of wood and stone. Matte Black appliances will be fitted with brushed stainless hardware, but you can re-design the look simply by ordering additional hardware.
Each handle showcases an exclusive copper cuff emblazoned with a discreet Café logo - a metal that's a classic kitchen staple in both décor and high-end cookware. The appliances will also be available in a Stainless Steel finish in the coming months.
The new appliances will be available at major appliance retailers across Canada, and the full line-up will include wall ovens, ranges, cooktops, french-door refrigerators, dishwashers and vent hoods.
