Dilawri Celebrates the Opening of the New Audi Capilano Facility
NORTH VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 3, 2026 /CNW/ -- Dilawri, Canada's largest automotive group, is proud to announce the opening of Audi Capilano's new North Vancouver location, a 27,500-square-foot, two-storey facility designed in line with Audi's Progressive Showroom Concept (PSC). The new space reflects Audi's modern retail philosophy, delivering a seamless and intuitive guest experience in a refined, premium environment.
Audi Capilano has proudly served the BC Lower Mainland since 1970, and this new location marks a significant evolution for the dealership, enhancing the overall customer experience while supporting Audi's advanced and growing vehicle lineup.
Located at 828 Automall Drive, the facility features a seven-vehicle showroom, two dedicated vehicle handover bays, and a multi-vehicle service drive-through. For added convenience, the dealership also offers five guest EV parking spots equipped with four Level 2 charging stations and one Level 3 fast charger.
Inside, Audi's Progressive Showroom Concept -- the first of its kind at an Audi dealership in Western Canada -- creates a guest-centric environment that brings together digital innovation and personalized service. The dealership features the Sales Library, an open and inviting space for exploring digital content in a refined, comfortable setting.
The showroom environment emphasizes simplicity, flexibility, and a customer-first approach, allowing guests to explore vehicles, technology, and configuration options in a comfortable and highly curated setting.
Constructed with sustainability in mind, the new facility incorporates technologies such as energy-efficient lighting and ventilation systems to reduce energy consumption and support responsible resource use. A solar array system spanning the full length of the service drive-through rooftop generates on-site renewable energy, further reducing the facility's carbon footprint.
