VANCOUVER, April 4, 2012 /CNW/ - Cosigo Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CSG) today announced the resignation of James E. McInnes from the Company's Board of Directors, effective April 4, 2012.
The Board of Directors and Management of Cosigo wish Jim the very best in his future endeavours and express their appreciation for his contributions during his tenure as a Director of Cosigo and, previously, as President and Director of Horseshoe Gold Mining Inc.
