Chlorophylle obtains Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act protection and works on the restructuring of its activities Français
CHICOUTIMI, QC, Dec. 7, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Chlorophylle filed a notice of intention to make a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on December 1, 2015 in order to get protection against its creditors and to get supplementary tools to carry out its restructuring while focusing its energy on establishing a strategy to restructure the company. Chlorophylle is still in business, its corporate stores are open and the management will put emphasis on promotions for the coming holiday season.
