Capstone Asset Management Announces Upcoming Launch of the Capstone Real Estate Pool

LANGLEY, BC, Aug. 4, 2017 /CNW/ - Capstone Asset Management has announced the upcoming launch of its new non-traditional equity fund, the Capstone Real Estate Pool.

The Capstone Real Estate Pool is an equity fund focused on residential property development in North America. The pool will provide an opportunity for investors to access a diversified portfolio of residential real estate projects where the typical barriers to entry are significant. The launch of this pool is coming at a time when the inclusion of non-traditional assets within portfolios continues to increase in importance to ensure a properly balanced mix of investments.

In this strategy Capstone has effectively partnered with an established real estate developer, Genica Capital, who has over 20 years of experience in adding value to real estate projects. Through this partnership Capstone is ensuring that the duties of the portfolio manager and project manager are separated, allowing for enhanced due diligence, risk mitigation, and focused expertise.

Capstone is currently receiving commitments of interest, from accredited investors, with a minimum investment of $250,000. The pool is expected to launch in September 2017.
