MONTRÉAL, July 13, 2025 /CNW/ - Canderel, one of Canada's largest managers and developers, today announced the acquisition of Taligent, a trusted leader in building technology infrastructure and systems integration consulting.

This strategic addition enhances Canderel's ability to deliver client-focused, technology-forward solutions across its national portfolio of property management and construction management projects, complementing its existing range of specialized services.
