CANADABIS ANNOUNCES DELAY IN FILING OF SECOND QUARTER FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

(the "Company" or "CanadaBis") (TSXV: CANB.V) announces that there will be a delay in the filing of its unaudited interim financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and related certifications for the three months ended January 31, 2026 (collectively, the "Interim Filings") which are due to be filed on or before March 31, 2026.

The delay in filing the Interim Filings is attributable to the Company's current resource constraints and its ongoing efforts to manage its financial position and reporting processes.
