Pavilion at the Salon rénovation et maison neuve from February 3-7 at Place Forzani in Laval to experience a taste of the
Vancouver
2010 Winter Games.

Pavilion will be bringing a taste of the 2010 Winter Games to Laval," said the Honourable
Rona Ambrose
, Minister of Public Works and Government Services. "I invite everyone to come out and visit the Pavilion to experience elements of the upcoming 2010 Winter Games, learn about government programs and services and so much more."
The Salon rénovation et maison neuve is an annual, five-day event at which more than 70,000 people shop for products, services, ideas and advice on planning and implementing their dream projects.
The Pavilion theme is the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, taking place in
Vancouver
. Visitors to the Pavilion will be able to learn more about this momentous event through a series of educational displays and interactive activities, such as an Internet station and a giant map showing the route of the Olympic torch relay. In addition, many government departments will be showcased at the
Canada
Pavilion, including Agriculture and Agri-Food
Canada
,
Canada
Revenue Agency, Service
Canada
, and Health
Canada
.
Each year, the
Canada
Pavilion visits up to 10 communities across the country. Created in 2000 as the flagship exhibit of the Government of
Canada
Exhibitions Program, it has won numerous prizes and greeted more than seven million visitors.
