CALA hosts assisted living, memory care and CCRC providers at the conference to engage in critical discussions about senior living. This year, the event theme is "elevate," which CALA says is inspired by senior living professionals continually seeking to improve clinical care while enhancing residents' quality of life.
The conference program focuses on several important issues facing the senior living industry, including dementia care best practices, legal and regulatory awareness, leadership and staff culture and sales and marketing strategies.
