- Boulange des Campagnards Toast au gratin with fresh mushrooms and poached egg Radish, Mamirolle cheese, 15% cream, garlic and shallots will tickle the palate of your loved ones who will be coming back for more, guaranteed! An original, easy and most delicious recipe because it is served on a thick slice of bread, grilled to perfection, and yet still soft in the mouth!
