The acquisition expands Arvore's light industrial platform's service capabilities and regional reach, supporting its strategy of partnering with established lower middle-market businesses.

The transaction represents an expansion of service capabilities and regional reach for Arvore's business and it reflects Arvore's continued strategy of partnering with established, owner-operated businesses in the lower middle market.
