VANCOUVER , Oct. 6 /CNW/ - Mineral Hill Industries Ltd. ("MHI") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Michael Johal to assist the Company's corporate development communications effective immediately. Mr. Johal will coordinate investor relations services for the Company. In consideration of his consulting services, MHI has approved to allocate an option to purchase 50,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price $0.13 per share and $2,500 per month, subject to regulatory approval.
