    WHAT:  The formal launch of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment's MLSE Team
           Up Foundation.

           Media will have the opportunity to hear from Bruce Kidd, the
           foundation's newly appointed Chair, as well as representatives
           from MLSE, about the aspirations of its new sports charitable
           foundation.
