    WHAT:  The official grand opening ceremony for Maple Leaf Square -
           Toronto's new landmark sports and entertainment destination.

           The grand opening will feature an autograph session with Leafs
           greats, Darryl Sittler and Wendel Clark, prizes, food stations and
           kicks off Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment's 'Party in the
           Square' festivities - a multi-day celebration of Maple Leaf Square
           and the start of the 2010-11 Toronto Maple Leafs' regular season.

           Maple Leaf Square shares its footprint with Air Canada Centre and
           is the epicentre of Toronto's sports and entertainment district.
           It is quickly becoming a destination for sports fans and concert-
           goers. Housed within the Square, and already in operation are Real
           Sports Bar & Grill and Real Sports Apparel, with a Longos grocery
           store, Hôtel Le Germain at Maple Leaf Square and E11even, a casual
           fine dining restaurant, opening soon.
