/R E P E A T -- Invitation to media - Carlos Leitão touring Saguenay-‒Lac-Saint-Jean region/

SAGUENAY, QC, Sept. 5, 2025 /CNW/ - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)

Carlos Leitão, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for CED, will visit the Saguenay‒Lac-Saint-Jean region from September 7 to 9, 2025. On behalf of Minister Joly, he will take the opportunity during his time there to meet with stakeholders and announce funding for organizations and businesses in various sectors.

The Parliamentary Secretary will, among other things, participate in a meeting with players in the aluminum sector organized by the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie Saguenay-Le Fjord. A media scrum will follow the meeting.

Media representatives are invited to participate in the following activities on September 8, 2025:

First activity: Media scrum on the margins of the private meeting with players in the aluminum sector
