At the summit, Yili Group upgraded its corporate culture values into Excellence, Innovation, Responsibility & Win-Win, striving to push forward a strategic layout driven by enterprise innovation and internationalization with the soft power of enterprise. Experts believe that Yili Group is leading Chinese dairy enterprises and even Chinese brands to exert stronger global influence with groundbreaking and prospective initiatives, including holding its first annual summit abroad and upgrading of its corporate culture values.
At the summit, Yili Group president Pan Gang highlighted the innovation and internationalization strategies of the company, which include building the world's largest comprehensive dairy industry base in New Zealand. Opened by the leaders of both China and New Zealand, this base is the benchmark and reference for Yili's internationalization strategy and Chinese enterprises to push forward the "One Belt One Road" strategy.
New Zealand, where this leadership summit was held, is an important region for Yili's global layout.
