XN Financial Services Inc. Appoints Greg Henkin as XN Xchange Managing Director

BOCA RATON, FL, Oct. 1, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - XN Financial Services, Inc., a leading provider of specialty insurance products has negotiated an agreement with Greg Henkin and the iXchange LLC. Mr. Henkin will be joining XN Financial as Managing Director of the newly formed XN Xchange. Based in central New Jersey, Mr. Henkin will report to Dan Anber, President and CEO of XN Financial.

Mr. Henkin comes to XN Financial with over 30 years of experience. He began his career in 1981 with The Hartford and in 1994 Greg became Senior Vice President of AON's Mergers & Acquisitions Group (AMAG) in New York City. He left in 1998 to form his own insurance brokerage firm, Shepard & Scott Corp. In 2003, Shepard & Scott was sold to NFP. Mr. Henkin was most recently the Director of Risk Management for Carl Icahn at Icahn Enterprises, as well as a consultant to Goldman Sachs prior to forming the iXchange LLC in September of 2011.

Mr. Henkin will be responsible for the strategic implementation of the XN Xchange division, as well as overseeing the expansion and growth of this new global technology platform.
