In addition to its regular Annual General Meeting business, a shareholder vote will be held seeking approval to proceed with the Plan of Arrangement involving the acquisition of Xceed by MCAN Mortgage Corporation (TSX:MKP), as previously announced on March 26, 2013.
The record date for this meeting is April 30, 2013.
Further details regarding this meeting will be mailed to shareholders of Xceed in early May, 2013.
