X-Terra Resources Inc. to commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange

ROUYN-NORANDA, QC, June 30, 2014 /CNW/ - X-Terra Resources Inc. (TSXV: XTT) is pleased to announce that its common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening of the market on Thursday, July 3, 2014 under the stock symbol "XTT" (ISIN number CA98387W1068).  This completes the previously-announced "spin-out" of the shares of the Corporation to the shareholders of X-Terra Resources Corporation (now Norvista Capital Corporation) ("Old X-Terra").

Beneficial shareholders of Old X-Terra, that is, shareholders who hold their Old X-Terra shares through a securities dealer or other intermediary, should consult their securities dealer or other professional advisor with respect to the "spin-out" of the Corporation shares. In most cases, the transactions will occur automatically and require no action on shareholders part.

In order to receive their Corporation shares, Old X-Terra's registered shareholders, those holding paper certificates not at a brokerage firm or bank trading account, must (i) complete and sign the Letter of Transmittal that was delivered with Old X-Terra's management information circular dated April 28, 2014, mailed to each Old X-Terra shareholder in connection with the annual and special meeting of shareholders approving, among other things, the spin-out the of the shares of the Corporation to the shareholders of Old X-Terra, and (ii) surrender for cancellation the certificate or certificates representing their Old X-Terra shares, together with the Letter of Transmittal, to Computershare Trust Company of Canada, the depositary appointed by Old X-Terra in connection with the spin-out.  Upon surrender, the Depositary will deliver to the registered shareholder a certificate representing the number of the Corporation shares (and Norvista Capital Corporation  common shares to replace their Old X-Terra common shares) that such shareholder has the right to receive pursuant to the spin-out.
