WWI Resources Ltd announces application to extend warrants expiry date


VANCOUVER, Sept. 25 /CNW/ - WWI Resources Ltd. (TSXV: WWI) ("WWI" or the "Company") announces that it has filed an application with the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to extend the expiry date of 15,000,000 outstanding warrants issued in connection with the non-brokered private placement of the Company completed on January 18, 2008. The Company has applied to extend the current expiry date of January 18, 2010 to that of January 18, 2013 and has been advised that the Exchange has no objection to the extension. Each whole warrant is exercisable to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $0.26 per share. No other terms of the warrants will be amended.
