World Mental Health Day; Bestselling Author/CEO Urges Self-Care for Pandemic Relief

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 10, 2021 /CNW/ -- On World Mental Health Day Sunday, Oct. 10, six key actions can help provide balance during the ongoing pandemic.

Bestselling author and international speaker Kevin Guest is urging everyone to reset during the pandemic with mindful steps that can make a difference.
