Whitemud Announces Resignation of Director

CALGARY, July 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Whitemud Resources Inc. ("Whitemud") announces that Barry Lester has resigned as a director of the Corporation effective July 1, 2012.

The Board of Directors wishes to express its appreciation for the services provided by Mr. Lester during his tenure as a director of Whitemud.
