Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. Announces Results of Annual Shareholder Meeting
WHISTLER, BC, Feb. 12, 2015 /CNW/ - Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. (TSX: WB) (the "Company") today announced the voting results from its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on February 11, 2015 in Whistler, British Columbia. A total of 30,373,735 common shares were represented at the meeting, being 79.88% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Detailed results of the vote for directors of the Company held at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders are shown below:
